We are looking for Senior Human Resources Executive to join us in HQ Bukit Jelutong Shah Alam. This position will be focusing in full-cycle recruitment process and employer branding. In the same time, this position will be supporting for payroll processing for small-sized subsidiaries under QL Group as well.
Responsibilities
Full Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee pre-employment documentation by compiling complete hiring documents, conducting reference checks, coordinating pre-employment medical examinations, issuing offer emails, and ensuring offer letters are returned and stamped in a timely manner.
- Maintain recruitment tracker and provide regular hiring reports.
- Delivering a smooth and pleasant onboarding candidate experience.
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Participate in career fairs and networking events with university and campus.
- Promote EVP through social media and job ads.
- Increase company's brand awareness in career portal.
- To elevate the company's reputation and brand recognition within the talent market and general public, i.e. Linkedin / Jobstreet.
End to End Payroll Processing
- Responsible for full-cycle payroll processing for a small-sized organization, ensuring accurate salary computation, timely submission of statutory contributions, and compliance with all year-end reporting requirements.
Others
- To undertake any order special assignments and related duties as assigned / required by the Management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 35 years of HR Experience
- Experience in full cycle recruitment
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive working attitude i.e. Proactive and Resourceful
