Senior Executive, Human Resources (Recruitment)

About the role

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and partnering with business units to support manpower planning, employee relations, HR operations, and overall people management initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. 

Job Descriptions

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of talents. 
2. Partner with business units to support workforce planning and manpower requirements. 
3. Provide HR advisory and support to managers and employees on HR policies and employee relations matters. 
4. Coordinate and monitor employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and contract renewal processes. 
5. Support performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives. 
6. Ensure HR processes and documentation are compliant with company policies and statutory requirements. 
7. Maintain and update HR records, reports, and recruitment databases accurately and timely. 
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive effective HR operations and organizational objectives. 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resource Business Partnering functions. 
• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and stakeholder engagement. 
• Familiar with Malaysian Employment Act, industrial relations practices, and HR operational processes. 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems. 
• Experience in IT, engineering, or project-based industry recruitment is an added advantage.
