Job Description

OVERVIEW

  • Promote and sell company products across assigned market sectors including medical, dental, laboratory, food, hospitality, and manufacturing.
  • Maintain deep product expertise to present, detail, and recommend optimal solutions to customers.
  • Address challenges and provide professional services while managing distributor and customer relationships effectively.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies and sales plans to achieve company sales objectives.
  • Plan and conduct sales presentations, distributor training, and participate in trade exhibitions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activities.
  • Share market intelligence and customer feedback with the team to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordinate between customers and internal departments such as PDRA, Marketing, and SODM for product registration, marketing, and shipping requests.
  • Execute special assignments, ad-hoc duties, and other tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Medical Sciences, Chemistry, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or sales-related roles.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Analyse data and prepare structured reports.
