Why this role isn't for everyone
- We need someone who can walk into a retail account on Monday, plan a promo that moves product, then come back to the office and make sure Tuesday's orders go out on time. If you need someone to tell you what to do next — this isn't for you.

What you'll own
Key Account Management
- Plan and execute promo activities for modern trade and independent retail accounts
- Hire, brief, train and manage promoters for in-store sampling activations
- Manage all B2B enquiries — inbound emails and company phone
- Coordinate with finance on invoicing and credit notes
- Own the P&L for your accounts — not just the revenue line, the margin too
- Sustain and grow existing account relationships, identify new opportunities
Operations & Fulfillment
- Oversee daily fulfillment for Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada — coordinate dispatch with part-time packers
- Liaise with Shopee riders for instant delivery cut-offs (3pm daily)
- Coordinate B2B order pickups and deliveries via Lalamove and other logistics partners
- Maintain inventory tracker daily across B2B, offline, and ecommerce channels
- Manage stock movement between office and warehouse
- Bi-weekly inventory reporting — flag expiring goods and low stock levels proactively
- Place and track factory orders to ensure timely stock replenishment
What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in key account management, trade marketing, or FMCG sales
- Hands-on experience with modern trade or retail channels — you know how the floor works, not just the deck
- Comfortable with ecommerce operations — Shopify, Shopee, or Lazada experience is a strong plus
- Organised and systems-driven — you keep trackers updated without being asked
- Strong communicator in English — with clients, vendors, and the team
- Able to start immediately or within short notice

- Monday – Friday: 9am – 6pm
