Job Purpose:

The incumbent is responsible to manage an efficient and effective NB administrative team to support the Company's business by meeting and exceeding the expectations on operational processes


Job Responsibilities:

The above statement of duties is not intended to be all inclusive and other duties will be assigned from time to time.

  • To process new insurance proposals according to the set guidelines and stipulated rules & regulation.
  • Process a customer request end to end and maintain high level of quality service to customers.
  • To identify service gaps through constructive feedback, implement process improvements where appropriate.
  • To assist the Manager of New Business Administration in coaching of executives.
  • To record, produce and prepare any statistics, reports and information required by the Management.
  • Be involved in ad-hoc project
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by superior from time to time


Job Requirements:

  • Basic degree and/or professional life insurance qualification eg. ACII, AMII, AAII, FLMI, with at least 3 years working experience in life insurance environment.
  • Must be willing to work long hours, on weekends and public holidays if required.
  • Good understanding of insurance products (functionalities / technicalities) and operational processes will be an added advantage.
  • Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confident in problem solving and decision making
  • Able to work independently and as a team player as well.
  • Articulate and proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
