Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Executive, Operations Digital, to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations of our online platforms, including daily sales, inventory, product listings, promotional setup, and post-campaign analysis. You will play a key role in ensuring the e-commerce storefront is always up-to-date, visually appealing, and optimized for customer engagement and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage & optimize website operations to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
  • Monitor & optimize daily website/marketplace operations to ensure smooth transactions and a positive shopping experience.
  • Plan & execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic & sales.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for online platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Track & analyse campaign performance, sales reports, and customer data to identify opportunities and propose improvements.
  • Monitor and forecast inventory levels for daily e-commerce operations, coordinating replenishment and stock transfers to prevent out-of-stock situations and support ongoing sales and campaigns
  • Review competitor activities and market trends to support strategy and propose new ideas.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and smooth campaign execution.
  • Support product launches, online campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform updates, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Qualifications

    • Passionate about e-commerce & digital marketing.
    • Degree holder in Marketing, e-Commerce or related disciplines
    • At least 2-3 years experience e-Commerce or digital marketing.
    • Hands-on experience in e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento or local marketplace like Shopee, Lazada)
    • Familiar with online advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
    • Content creation skills (writing, visuals, short-form videos) for online campaigns.
    • Detailed-minded, proactive and strategic thinking, with good time management and an organized approach to tasks.
    • Good sales and marketing sense, with quick responsiveness to sales performance; passionate about e-commerce and digital marketing.
    • Independent, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility. Ability to analyse data and insights into actionable strategies.
    • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel especially for reporting).
    • Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced digital environment.
