What you will do:
- Banking & Payments: Setup and process all payment disbursals; verify that incoming customer fees are accurately credited to the correct accounts
- Reconciliations: Maintain account balances and perform frequent, high-volume bank reconciliations to ensure zero discrepancies
- Support in other operational processes such as KYC, legal documents generation, trade financing utilisation request processing etc
- Reporting & Insights: prepare periodic reports, ensure data accuracy and consistency, build and maintain relevant dashboards
- Operations & Process Analytics: monitor metrics, identify inefficiencies, and support workflow optimization and automation efforts
- Process Improvement: review and map current processes, propose enhancements, and implement changes to drive efficiency and scalability
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in mid to back office operations, preferably in digital financing, fintech, or banking
- Experience in process optimization, automation and use of AI & Automation tools
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
What it is in for you:
- Exposure to using automation and AI tools including deploying Agentic AI
- Deepening of knowledge of Microsoft Office Appliances and Google Suite such as ability to create and process Google Sheets
