Job Descriptions
- Assist in the full spectrum of human resource functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations and other day-to-day operations. Handle payroll including proper compliance of statutory requirements.
- Assist in the development and establishment of a proper HR system.
- To ensure timeliness and accuracy in all activities relating to HR administration and processing including, but not limited to, payroll, leave management, medical claim, insurance related matters and staff movement recording, issuance of official letters etc.
- Assist in liaising with the relevant governing bodies on HR matters. Perform end-to-end recruitment, resignation, and career progression related activities for employees.
- Maintain a good and healthy working relationship and communication with Group level HR team and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
- Ensure all activities are in full compliance with statutory requirements and labor law.
- Be the contact point for staff's enquiries regarding employment terms & conditions, concerns, problems, issues, counselling related matters.
- Maintain a good and organized filing and reporting system.
- Be the main point of reference for matters in relation to payroll.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in the HR field
- Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource, Behavioral Science, Psychology or any other education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mature, calm, pleasant personality, positive attitude and the ability to remain discreet and handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Well-versed in Employment Act 1955 and, Industrial Relations Act 1967 with good knowledge of prevailing HR & Payroll policies & practices.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Strong conflict, problem solving and negotiation skills.
