Get to know the role:

As a Senior Executive, you will act as the operational backbone of the Private Label team. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of our commercial strategy by operationalizing GTM plans, managing procurement workflows, and overseeing cross-functional logistics. You will serve as the primary liaison between the Private Label team and external partners to ensure all product initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • GTM Strategy Operationalization: Translate broad GTM strategies into actionable task lists and timelines to ensure timely product launches and brand updates.
  • Go-To-Market Execution: Lead the end-to-end rollout of product initiatives, ensuring all physical and digital touchpoints are activated according to the GTM strategy.
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Facilitate the sourcing and production process by managing quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), and invoices to ensure seamless vendor relations.
  • Product Information Management: Maintain and update master product data, ensuring pricing, specifications, and promotions are accurate across all internal systems.
  • E-commerce & Platform Operations: Oversee the lifecycle of product listings on digital platforms, managing updates to content, pricing, and visual assets as required.
  • Asset & Collateral Coordination: Oversee the production and distribution of physical and digital materials, ensuring all outputs meet brand standards and operational requirements.
  • Event & Activation Logistics: Act as the project lead for ground-level activations and launches, managing all site requirements, sampling logistics, and third-party vendors.
  • Operational Reporting: Track and report on the progress of GTM activities, ensuring any risks to timelines are escalated and resolved promptly.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact between internal departments and third-party partners to coordinate samples, logistics, and documentation.
  • Administrative Excellence: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Private Label team, ensuring all departmental processes are documented and compliant.

You should have:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience: 35 years of experience in Operations, Trade Marketing, or Project Management, preferably within Retail or FMCG.

Skills:

  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Operational Fluency: Comfortable navigating procurement systems and supply chain workflows.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between commercial strategy and physical execution.
