Job Description

Handle procurement and material sourcing for construction projects (landed & high-rise).
Prepare and manage Purchase Orders (PO), delivery schedules, and material tracking.
Coordinate closely with site teams, engineers, QS, and project managers to ensure timely material delivery.
Monitor material costs, inventory levels, and usage to minimize wastage and control costs.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company procedures, budgets, and project timelines.
Resolve supply issues, shortages, or delays efficiently at site level.
Maintain proper procurement documentation and records

Requirements

25 years of experience in procurement / material management within the construction industry.
Construction background is mandatory (site exposure preferred).
Mandarin-speaking is required (to liaise with suppliers / vendors).
Familiar with construction materials for landed and high-rise projects.
Able to work independently at site and handle multiple tasks under tight timelines.
Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills.
Travel between 2 site ( Semenyih / Jalan Mayang KL )
