- This is a role where organisation, judgement, and proactive follow-through matter just as much as technical project management skills.
- Maintain integrated programme plans, milestones, deliverables, and dashboards, while proactively following up with workstream owners to address delays and delivery gaps.
- Coordinate programme governance activities and key cadences, prepare clear and timely status reports, track decisions and actions, and ensure key matters are surfaced for management attention.
- Identify, maintain, and analyse programme risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring mitigation and recovery actions are assigned, monitored, and escalated where necessary.
- Coordinate across business, technology, operations, vendors, and external stakeholders to maintain alignment, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and drive closure of programme commitments.
- Maintain accurate programme artefacts, repositories, decision logs, and governance documentation, while supporting consistent adherence to programme standards and ways of working.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, programme management, or a related role within a complex organisational environment..
- Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate several workstreams simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in programme reporting, milestone tracking, governance coordination, and the management of risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear and management-ready reporting
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation, technology, fintech, payments, or financial services programmes.
- Experience working across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external delivery partners.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Ability to analyse programme information, identify emerging delivery trends, and recommend appropriate follow-up actions.
- Exposure to regulatory, governance, or industry-wide initiatives involving multiple organisations and stakeholders.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project or programme management certification.
