Qualifications
- Maintain, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and applicable standards.
- Prepare, review, control, and update QMS documentation including Quality Manual, SOPs, Work Instructions, procedures, and forms.
- Ensure effective document control and record management in line with QMS requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in internal audits; follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
- Support external audits (ISO certification, surveillance, customer audits) and ensure audit readiness.
- Monitor and track Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and perform root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone).
- Conduct QMS training and awareness programs for employees.
- Monitor QMS performance through KPIs and quality objectives.
- Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.
- Support Management Review Meetings (MRM) including preparation of reports and data analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirement
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in QMS / ISO 9001 environment.
- Strong knowledge in audit requirements and QMS documentation.
- Experience in internal auditing (internal auditor certification is an advantage).
- Good understanding of document control, risk-based thinking, and process approach.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
