Job Description
Work with Recruitment Manager to proactively develop and implement effective global sourcing strategies in the Commercial area
Carry out direct sourcing and complex searches for mid-level to senior positions and work on strategic or niche roles
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the recruitment practices and sourcing channels (job boards, social media groups, community forums, etc.) of your target markets
Screen CVs, conduct interviews (video calls or face-to-face) and schedule candidates for final interviews
Create candidate pipelines candidates for hard to fill skills
Participate in graduate hiring, career fairs, and assessment centers as needed
Provide regular reporting to the Recruitment Manager about the status of hiring supported by recruitment data on a weekly basis.
Skills and Experience
3-6 years of experience with End to End Recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal Skills.
Experience in handling Business Unit / Stakeholder / Internal client.
Experience is Technical and Non Technical hiring ( Preferred same Industry )
Should be hands on working on any recruitment tool.
Good Market insight and Business Knowledge
Good in Candidate Management.
