Prepare statutory forms, disclosures and announcements for submission to the relevant authorities and notify the relevant authorities on the requisite information.
Liaise with internal and external parties; and authorities as and when required to obtain or furnish the requisite information to ensure all requests and enquiries are attended to.
Liaise with external service providers to ensure compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations by foreign incorporated companies.
Prepare statutory documents for signature to ensure proper record keeping and submission to authorities (where required).
Maintain and update statutory books, including registers of members, directors, secretaries and charges to ensure the same are properly recorded and filed.
Prepare agendas for general meetings, Board and Board Committee meetings to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act, Constitutions, Listing Requirements and Capital Markets and Services Act 2007, where relevant.
Collate the requisite information for special projects or corporate assignments to support team members in accomplishing the special projects or corporate assignments.
Prepare resolutions and follow-up on unsigned resolutions to ensure timely approval received from the Directors.
Requirements
Possess ICSA qualification or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years secretarial working experience.
Well versed with the Companies Act 2016, Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad,etc.
Computer literate (Microsoft word and Excel) as well as familiar with MyCoID, MBRS and Bursa Link Announcement Templates.
Able to meet deadlines, willing to work under pressure and ensure group's compliance with the relevant laws or regulations.
Strong command of English (oral and written). Fluency in other language is an added advantage.
