What will you be doing
1. International Sales & Revenue Management
• Drive sales growth across assigned international markets by achieving annual
revenue, volume, and distribution targets
• Manage country- or distributor-level sales performance, including forecasting,
budgeting, and tracking against targets
• Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and white spaces within
existing and new export markets
• Prepare & achieve annual budget of assigned country & region
2. Distributor & Customer Management
• Appoint, manage, and develop importers, distributors, and key overseas
customers
• Excellence in price negotiation with customers with price value chain studies for
optimization of margin and volume
• Conduct regular performance reviews with distributors covering sales, stock
holding, pricing, and market execution
• Resolve distributor issues professionally, including delivery, claims, pricing
disputes, and commercial misalignment
• Build long-term, sustainable partnerships while protecting company commercial
interests
3. Market Development & Expansion
• Support entry into new markets, including distributor evaluation, market
assessment, and launch coordination
• Recommend SKU assortment, pricing architecture, and promotion mechanics
relevant to local market conditions
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and regulatory or commercial changes
impacting export business
• Propose and execute market expansion plans in line with company export strategy
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Trade Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, and
Compliance teams to ensure effective execution
• Coordinate shipment planning, order processing, and demand forecasts to
minimise supply or inventory risks
• Ensure all export documentation, forecasts, and pricing information are accurate
and aligned internally
5. Trade Marketing & Promotion Execution
• Support and align with Trade Marketing on country-specific promotions, visibility
programmes, and launches
• Work with distributors to execute approved promotion plans and ensure return on
investment together with trade marketing department
• Provide market feedback for future improvement post promotion activation
6. Compliance, Ethics & Governance
• Ensure all sales activities comply with:
o Export regulations and local trade requirements
o Company policies, procedures and compliance
• Maintain accurate records for pricing, claims, incentives, and reimbursements
• Support compliance training and third-party integrity requirements in export
market
