• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify pricing trends, buyer behavior, and emerging opportunities in the property sector.
• Manage the full sales pipeline, from initial inquiry and viewing to negotiation and final closing, ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Oversee the daily operations of the sales gallery, ensuring a premium customer experience and maintaining the highest standards of property presentation.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of prospects and purchasers, utilizing CRM tools to nurture long-term customer relationships.

skills and requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the property development industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets for mid range residential or commercial projects.
• Must possess own transport, with a willingness to travel regularly between the Corporate HQ and various project sites/sales galleries.
