Summary
We're looking for a Senior SEO Executive to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of SEO strategies across multiple clients. This role goes beyond execution—you'll drive performance, uncover growth opportunities, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact on organic visibility and traffic.
Key Responsibilities
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Lead end-to-end SEO strategy, including keyword planning, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and link-building initiatives
- Conduct in-depth website audits (page speed, indexation, crawlability, rankings) and implement actionable improvements
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes and translate them into effective optimisation strategies
- Monitor and analyse performance, identifying opportunities to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Define and track key SEO performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations
- Analyse website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO platforms
- Develop forecasts and performance projections using data-driven approaches
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients
Strategy Development & Collaboration
- Build a strong understanding of client businesses, competitors, and market landscape
- Partner with content, creative, media, and development teams to deliver integrated SEO strategies
- Contribute to campaign planning and new business pitches with strategic SEO recommendations
- Identify new growth opportunities, including content gaps, keyword expansion, and technical enhancements
Quality Control & Best Practices
- Ensure all SEO deliverables align with brand guidelines, platform requirements, and industry best practices
- Maintain high standards across all outputs, ensuring compliance with search engine policies and ethical SEO practices
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and off-page strategies
- Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SimilarWeb, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into strategy
- Good communication and presentation skills, with experience managing stakeholders
- A proactive self-starter who is able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or e-commerce SEO is an added advantage
