Assist in developing and implementing SME Collections strategies aligned with the Bank's objectives.
Support the evaluation and coordination of external service providers to enhance collection efforts, including performance tracking through MIS.
Maintain and improve MIS dashboards and reporting tools to monitor collection activities.
Work closely with SME Remedial teams to align MIS and analytics efforts, particularly in early warning triggers, rehabilitation tracking, and portfolio monitoring.
Analyze delinquency trends, impaired loan ratios, and Expected Credit Loss (ECL) to support strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with internal teams across SME Collections, Remedial, Risk, and Business units to ensure effective execution of credit strategies.
