This position is to lead and coordinate the implementation of Yayasan Hasanah's social enterprise capacity building initiatives, social finance pilots, and ecosystem thought leadership efforts. This role requires proactive ownership in ensuring timely delivery, impactful stakeholder engagement, and strategic alignment across programmes, while contributing to the continuous growth of the social enterprise ecosystem.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Lead SE Capacity Building Programmes
- Drive the design, planning, and execution of workshops, mentoring sessions, and learning journeys.
- Monitor implementation, evaluate impact, and prepare programme reports.
2.Coordinate Social Finance Initiatives
- Lead research, stakeholder engagement, and documentation for social finance pilots.
- Ensure project timelines and deliverables are met in collaboration with internal and external partners.
3.Content Development & Knowledge Management
- Develop high-quality presentation decks, reports, and thought leadership materials.
- Curate and manage internal knowledge-sharing platforms and maintain updated programme records.
4.Ecosystem & Event Engagement
- Manage end-to-end logistics and communications for ecosystem engagements (Creative Talks, roundtables, learning sessions).
- Liaise directly with speakers, vendors, and partners to ensure successful delivery.
5.Monitoring & Reporting
- Collect, analyse, and report programme data and outcomes against KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous programme improvement.
6.Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work collaboratively with other departments such as Communications, Finance, and other department to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Draft and review correspondence, memos, and official documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Financing or any related disciplines with at least Second-Class Upper Honors from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience of relevant working experience in project management, social enterprise, non-profit, or related ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, implement, and monitor multiple initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to prepare reports, decks, and advocacy content.
- Proven experience engaging with diverse stakeholders (NGOs, SEs, government, corporate).
- Ability to analyse data, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
- Hands-on experience leading workshops, training, or ecosystem events.
- Strong interpersonal skills, proactive in taking initiative, and capable of guiding junior team members or interns.
- Able to manage deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Notion, Asana) is an advantage.
