To work closely with Unit Head of System Enhancements (Project team)
Implementation of new system for Treasury operations. The system live cycle can start from Demand Phase of initiating RFP (Request for Proposal) and to finalize the selection of vendor
Implement new systems based on bank's System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Prepare IT Spend paper for committee presentation
Work with processing team to review processes and manage system enhancement for new products from Global Markets or improve efficiency.
Involved in system enhancement projects from other stakeholders
Liaise with IT, Risks, Global Market, Finance, compliance and other business units to ensure smooth and efficient workflow is drawn with functional requirements for implementation
Job Requirments
Have treasury products knowledge and also the processing flow
Experience in demand stage of issuing RFP to vendors
Able to write IT spend paper and to present to IT committees
Ability to prepare functional requirements based on user input and ensuring the flow is efficient
To be able to craft out the testing strategies and scenario to cover
To develop and maintain collaborative relationships and strategic alliances across Maybank
To track IT deliverable and ensure timely delivery
