Job Purpose
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for plant operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements while supporting workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and recruitment agencies
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability
- Coordinate interview arrangements and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress
- Prepare offer proposals and employment-related documentation
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases within the HRMS
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and procedures
Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Plant Management, Department Heads, and HR teams to ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
- Provide recruitment market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring success rates.
- Identify and implement improvements to recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Support digitalization and automation initiatives within Talent Acquisition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3–6 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience handling volume hiring for production, engineering, technical, and support functions is an added advantage.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiar with job portals, LinkedIn, HRMS, and recruitment tools.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Willing to travel for recruitment activities and career fairs when required.
