Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage full-cycle recruitment (grade M4 and below) including sourcing,
screening, interviewing, offer management, and hiring for all assigned roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, job
requirements, and hiring timelines.
• Prepare and manage job requisitions, job postings, and recruitment
documentation.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with internal policies and local labour
regulations.
Workforce Planning & Org Chart Management
• Support workforce planning activities by tracking headcount, vacancies, and
manpower movements.
• Maintain and update organizational charts to reflect accurate reporting
structures and headcount changes.
• Provide recruitment and manpower reports to HR and management as
required.
Employer Branding
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction (job ads,
career platforms, social media, recruitment events).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on recruitment marketing materials and
hiring campaigns.
Recruitment SOPs and Processes
• Maintaining and improving recruitment related SOPs and process such as
headcount approval, onboarding and offboarding etc.
Salary Benchmark & Market Intelligence
• Conduct salary benchmarking exercises using market data to support hiring
decisions and internal parity.
• Provide recommendations on salary ranges aligned with internal guidelines and
market trends.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Liaise with recruitment agencies and external vendors when required.
• Monitor agency performance, costs, and recruitment effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related
field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment,
preferably in a corporate or multi-role environment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Good understanding of workforce planning and manpower reporting.
• Ability to conduct salary benchmarking and interpret market data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint).
