The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) is a global partnership to make palm oil sustainable. The Senior Executive, Training prisma, drives the operational and administrative engine of the training unit. This role is responsible for running global training sessions across multi - regional time zones, managing end-to-end registration and evaluation data, and updating core training collaterals. By utilising data analytics and automated reporting, the incumbent will conduct Training Need Analysis and occasionally lead member clinic sessions to maintain top - tier system and industry knowledge.

The location of this role is Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include but will not be limited to the following:

• Global Training Operations: Coordinate and run global training sessions, demonstrating flexibility to conduct sessions for different time zones that may occasionally fall outside standard working hours.
• Logistics & Data Management: Oversee full logistics for training events, focusing heavily on managing registration data and compiling post-training reports (including attendance logs, feedback scores, and evaluation data).
• Content & Assessment Creation: Create, update, and maintain training collaterals, including presentation slides, self-paced videos, and User Manuals (USMs). Develop evaluation questions and quizzes to effectively measure training results.
• System Administration: Serve as a hands-on user of the prisma system backend and the Learning Management System (LMS) to track user progress and manage course deployments.
• Data Insights & TNA: Analyze training metrics and attendee data to uncover key insights, using this information to conduct structured Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Member Clinics (Ad-Hoc): Lead live training clinic sessions for members on an ad-hoc basis to keep personal system knowledge sharp and address live user queries.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources/Training, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

• 2 - 4 years of experience in training operations, project coordination, or event logistics.
• Experience working on a similar system-related training project is a strong advantage.

Technical and Professional Knowledge

• Advanced Excel Skills: Proficient with Excel formulas to automate data reporting, analytics, and tracking sheets.
• System Fluency: High comfort level learning and utilizing complex software backend systems (prisma) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Industry Agility: A fast, eager learner capable of quickly absorbing the dynamics, rules, and terminology of the palm oil industry.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• English Communication: Strong command of verbal and written English to confidently interact with global members and internal teams.
• Time Zone Flexibility: Adaptable and willing to manage a flexible working schedule to support training delivery across varying international hours.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable playing around with raw data to build clean, automated reports and extract actionable training insights.
• High Learning Curve: Highly proactive approach to self-learning system logic and industry standards.
