About the Role:

Used Car Operations

  • Manage and process documentation for trade-in transactions submitted by PRO-NET's used car partners.
  • Review, verify, and validate claims documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and accuracy of submissions.
  • Administer incentive claims and ensure proper supporting documents are in place before processing.
  • Liaise closely with external partners to resolve discrepancies and incomplete submissions.
  • Maintain proper record-keeping and documentation tracking to ensure audit readiness.

Insurance Operations

  • Maintain and manage relationships with appointed insurance providers.
  • Monitor insurance-related contracts, including renewals, performance tracking, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth insurance operations and issue resolution.
  • Support documentation, reporting, and reconciliation related to insurance matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in operations, claims processing, automotive, insurance, or related administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in documentation review.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience in automotive trade-in or insurance operations will be an added advantage.
