We are looking for a talented Senior Export Sales Manager for a established MNC that specializes in textile manufacturing services.
Reporting to: Chief manufacturing officer

the role
- Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, brand presence, and market share expansion
- Manage a team of sales, marketing, and quality professionals, ensuring strong market positioning and customer relationships
- Develop sales plans to meet revenue targets and identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Oversee marketing efforts including digital campaigns, brand management, market research, and promotional events
- Set performance goals, mentor team members, and foster a high-performance culture
- Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales pipelines and customer feedback
- Collaborate with quality management to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Manage budgets, monitor sales performance and ROI, and align forecasts with production planning
- Drive continuous improvement and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support organizational goals
the requirements
- Bachelor's degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
- Availability for regular business travel.
- Extensive business-to-business sales experience.
- Excellent planning & organizational skills.
