Senior Field Application Engineer

Delta Electronics Industrial Automation Business Group (IABG) is a core division dedicated to delivering smart manufacturing solutions and advanced automation technologies. Established in 1995, IABG started with AC motor drives and has since evolved into a global provider of integrated automation systems, combining hardware, software, and services for diverse industrial applications.

We are expanding our team and is looking for a Senior Field Application Engineer / Field Application Engineer to be based in Damansara to support Malaysia partners and customers for Industrial Automation Products and Solutions.

For this role, you will work together with sales in region and connected with SEA FAE team to attend to customer's technical enquiry and product support.

The main responsibilities are:

• To support our Sales team, Key account customers and channels partners
• Providing introduction and training to channel partners for IA products/solutions
• Supporting channel partners with application of all IA products/solutions
• Reporting periodically to Field Application Team on the status of the assigned activities and potential issues.
• Conducting benchmarking analysis for IA products/solutions whenever required
• Reporting technology and feature trends related to IA products/solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years Automation engineer with Electrical experience
• Experience in Motion, PLC, Robotics, VFD and SCADA is a plus.
• Able to read, write and speak in English, Mandarin and Malay.
