Summary
As a business partner to Account Directors, you will provide strategic finance support by delivering insightful financial analysis and operational improvement across client accounts.
Key responsibilities:
Business Partnering
- Be the trusted financial advisor to Account Directors, providing data-driven insights to support decision making
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including operation teams, shared service centres and third party service providers
- Identify financial risks and opportunities through analysis of performance indicators
- Develop understanding of client accounts to propose initiatives that enhance financial performance
- Propose and implement process improvements to optimise efficiency and effectiveness
Financial Management & Control
- Manage vendor payments and monthly billing in compliance with JLL policies and guidelines
- Monitor accounts receivables to optimise cash flow
- Ensure robust documentation that meet audit requirements and maintain integrity of all financial transactions through effective processes
Month End Closing
- Lead the month-end closing process (expense/revenue accrual etc) for assigned client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Investigate and resolve unusual variances or accounting issues
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, local reporting standards and client contractual requirements
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare and present month end financial packages with meaningful variance analysis for internal stakeholders and clients (if required)
- Partner with account leadership to develop comprehensive annual budget
- Maintain rolling forecasts that accurately reflect current performance and future opportunities
- Adhoc scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis

Qualifications
- University degree or professional qualification in accounting, finance or relevant field (ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
- Minimum 2-3 years of financial experience
- Experienced in navigating complex matrix environments
- Business partnering and commercial finance experience is added advantage
