Senior Finance Analyst

Position Summary

The Senior Finance Analyst (Product Supply) is a strategic and highly analytical FP&A role supporting the Supply Chain organization. The position partners closely with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehousing teams to drive financial planning, cost optimization, operational performance, and strategic decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain. This role plays a key part in delivering actionable insights, supporting forecasting and performance management, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)

You will play an important role to:

1. Perform variance analysis on Warehouse, Logistics, Freight, and Transport expenses, and identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
2. Conduct Finished Goods Cost analysis to support cost reduction initiatives and margin enhancement.
3. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Production teams to analyze trends, risks, and opportunities impacting Supply Chain financial performance.
4. Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis reports by reviewing expenses and analyzing variances against budget and forecast.
5. Review and validate cost savings initiatives proposed by Warehouse and Logistics teams.
6. Support month-end closing activities to ensure accurate accruals and financial reporting.
7. Prepare forecasts and annual budgets related to Warehouse, Logistics, Freight, and Transport operations.
8. Perform costing simulations and scenario analyses to support business decision-making.
9. Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives for systems and processes.
10. Participate in year-end stock counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
11. Liaise with external and internal auditors and provide the necessary documentation and support during audits.
12. Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time in line with business requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or any relevant discipline
• At least 2 to 4 years working experience in managing cost accounting/product supply controlling/FP&A functions
