You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Leading FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, variance analysis, and business performance reviews.
- Providing strategic decision support by translating financial and business data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Developing and maintaining advanced analytics, Tableau dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance management tools.
- Driving data governance, master data quality improvements, and optimization of ERP and reporting systems.
- Supporting digital transformation, process improvement, and automation initiatives across Finance and cross-functional teams.
- Partnering with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Corporate teams to improve business performance and decision-making.
- Evaluating business opportunities through profitability analysis, investment assessments, and business case development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of Finance experience with strong FP&A and business analysis expertise.
- Advanced Tableau expertise and strong data analytics capabilities.
- SAP HANA experience.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions through data-driven insights.
- Ability to translate complex financial and business data into actionable business recommendations.
- Professional-level English communication and presentation skills.

Desired Skills And Experience
MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience with data governance, master data management, and data quality initiatives.
Experience with automation, RPA, or low-code/no-code solutions.
Exposure to AI, Generative AI, predictive analytics, or prescriptive analytics.
Experience supporting digital finance transformation initiatives.
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environments.
