Job Description
Key Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the global finance organization in the monthly close
- Prepare recurring and one-time journal entries for the monthly close
- Reconcile payroll related balance sheet account, ensuring balance
- Reconcile payroll related intercompany cross charge and adjust the difference
- Update/Maintain Employee Data
- Work with the HR team / other related department to solve any payroll accounting issue
- Ensure SOP is created and up to date
- Support standardisation and process improvement to align with company policy
- Support ad hoc payroll accoiting reports and analysis as requested by Corporate
- Support internal / external audit and tax related request
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting or Professional Certificate equivalent
- Preferred with 7-15 years workinhg experience in related job
- Able to work under minimum supervision & meet deadlines
- Team player to lead projects / improvement process
- Possess knowledge in Generally Accepted Accounting Principals (GAAP)
- Able to effectively communicate with working partners / stakeholders
- Experience with common Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Oracle E—Business Suite preferred
