Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Process and verify staff claims accurately before submitting them to the Accounts Department for payment.
2. Assist in preparing proposals, tenders, and business presentations.
3. Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for proposals and projects.
4. Maintain client records, tender trackers, and documentation.
5. Provide administrative and ad-hoc support to Finance and Business Development teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree or relevant qualifications in Finance and Business Development.
2. Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in finance, business development, or project support roles.
3. Fresh graduates who are passionate and ambitious are encouraged to apply.
4.Experience in costing, quotations, proposals, or tender documentation is an added advantage.
5.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
