Senior Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoicing & Billing
• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client contracts.
• Cash Flow Management
• Manage day-to-day cash flow operations to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and monitor actual vs. projected flows.
• Liaise with banks on transactions, fund transfers, and reconciliations.
• Financial Operations
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure timely financial entries.
• Handle vendor payments, staff claims, and petty cash management.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Support statutory audits, tax submissions, and compliance requirements.
• Business Support
• Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and cost-control initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline finance processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in IT/Services industry.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with accounting standards and tax regulations in Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or equivalent).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
