Job Description

Job Responsibility

Prepare financial statements and analyze financial data
Manage bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records
Review costing calculations and manage accounts payable/receivable
Ensure tax compliance and assist in evaluating investment opportunities
Manage inventory across multiple locations and platforms
Monitor cash flow, provide forecasting, and identify financing solutions

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Ideally 4-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in e-commerce & in SME
Proven track record handling businesses with $500K to $2M+ turnover
Experience managing high transaction volumes and inventory across multiple platforms
Familiarity with various financing solutions and funding acquisition
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in financial software
Ability to handle complex financial scenarios and suggest improvements
Experience in cash flow forecasting and management
Knowledge of various financing options and their suitability
Strong ethics and commitment to confidentiality
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Prefer speak, read and/or write in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
