Collectius invests into credit management service companies (CMS companies) and portfolios of distressed consumer debt, focusing on smaller debts generated from banks and financing companies.

Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and qualified Senior Finance Executive who will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, financial analysis and compliance across multiple entities within the Group. The role plays a key part in month-end closing, management reporting, statutory audits and process improvements.
Duties:
Perform month-end closing for selected entities, including journals, balance sheet schedules, reporting and analysis.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, monitor cashflow and book journal entries.
Review intercompany billings, reconciliations, and eliminations to ensure accurate reporting.
Preparation of monthly management reports, KPIs, variance analysis, and commentary for senior management.
Support improvement, standardization, and alignment of finance SOPs across regions, working closely with local teams to strengthen process consistency and efficiency.
Coordinate with external auditors and support entities on audit deliverables and audit queries.
Assist with tax submissions, transfer pricing documentation, and other regulatory reporting required.
Maintain documentation and policies in line with internal controls and audit readiness.
Support the budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
Assist in standardizing financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Support finance transformation initiatives and ad-hoc projects assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent or Part-qualified in ACCA/CPA/MIA/CIMA/ICAEW.
3 to 7 years of working experience in the related field with excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Experience with shared service and group finance roles will be advantageous
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic financial formulas.
Familiar with Accounting software.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
Able to multitask and have a positive working attitude.
