Key Responsibilities:Banking Operations:
- Manage day-to-day banking activities including fund transfers, bank reconciliations, and transaction monitoring.
- Liaise with banks for account management, fund placements, interest rates, and documentation.
- Monitor and maintain records of loan disbursements, repayments, and interest calculations.
- Handle LC (Letter of Credit), BG (Bank Guarantee), OD (Overdraft), and other banking instruments.
Finance & Treasury:
- Support cash flow management, forecasting, and working capital optimization.
- Assist in managing company investments, deposits, and short-term funding.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and monitor receivables.
- Prepare financial reports related to bank accounts, fund utilization, and treasury metrics.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, AML/KYC guidelines, and internal financial policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and banking documentation.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related field. MBA/CA/ICWA preferred.
- 25 years of experience in banking operations, corporate finance, or treasury roles.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, financial instruments, and corporate finance practices.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and banking portals.
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
