Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Finance & Accounting
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure timely data entry into accounting systems
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and financial schedules
  • Assist in budget tracking, expense monitoring, and cash flow management
  • Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax agents when required
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and statutory regulations
  • Administration & Office Management
  • Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
  • Manage procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Maintain organized records for contracts, licenses, and company documentation
  • Provide administrative support to management and internal teams as needed
  • Assist with HR-related administration such as employee records, payroll coordination, leave tracking, and onboarding documentation
  • Reporting & Process Improvement
  • Prepare regular financial and administrative reports for management review
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial controls and administrative processes
  • Support the implementation and documentation of standard operating procedures

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5–6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and/or administrative roles
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and administrative processes
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (or equivalent tools)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Experience with payroll processing and statutory submissions
  • Familiarity with ERP or cloud-based accounting systems
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Mandarin
  • Fully onsite
