  • Prepare internal strategy documents, updates and reports as required

  • Facilitate team meetings and ensure outputs are captured and actioned

4. Internal Communications

  • Ensure consistent communication and alignment across the EEMY team
  • Support communications with group leadership including the EEH board
  • Prepare internal updates, announcements and briefing notes on behalf of the MD

5. Board Meeting Coordination

  • Prepare board reports, presentations and supporting materials ahead of each meeting
  • Track board decisions and ensure follow-up actions are completed
  • Maintain accurate records of board minutes and resolutions
  • Liaise with EEH on governance requirements and reporting timelines

6. Group & Headquarters Coordination

  • Update group headquarters in Singapore on a need-to basis
  • Sync with the equivalent role in the Singapore office to ensure alignment on group priorities and reporting
  • Support governance and reporting requirements across the Equalenergie group

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics or a related field

  • Strong organisational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
