About The Role

The Exchange TRX is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to support the mall's finance operations, with a primary focus on lease management, SST compliance, and accounts receivable activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage lease-related finance processes, including rental billing, service charges, turnover rent calculations, lease amendments, and tenant account reconciliations
• Lead and manage the preparation, review, and timely submission of Sales & Service Tax (SST) returns.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including invoicing, collections, tenant accounts, and ageing management.
• Ensure compliance with SST regulations and support tax audits, queries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and lease data within the ERP system.
• Liaise with tenants and internal stakeholders to resolve billing, lease, and finance-related matters.
• Support audits, statutory reporting requirements, and process improvement initiatives.
  
  

About You

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of accounting and finance experience, preferably within shopping malls, retail, or commercial property environments.
• Strong experience in lease management, rental billing, and tenant accounting
• Hands-on experience in SST preparation and submission is essential.
• Solid understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Experience with ERP systems; Yardi experience is highly preferred.
• Exposure to full set accounts will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external parties.
• Meticulous, highly organised, and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
