Senior Finance Manager/Finance Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee, analyse, and present periodic financial and management reports.
• Manage annual budgeting and forecasting, and recommend improvements to cost structure and margin optimisation to drive profitability and cash flow.
• Provide financial support and guidance to operational teams.
• Lead and supervise the Finance team to build a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
• Handle ad-hoc financial matters and participate in projects as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience in a large audit firm, as well as in the property and/or retail industry, is an advantage.
• Strong leadership qualities with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Capable of leading, motivating, and developing team members.
• Self-driven with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable.
• Comfortable working across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
