Senior Finance Manager
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, internal controls, and financial management.
- Experience in professional services or partnership-based organisations would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, with strong financial analysis capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall finance and accounting functions of the Firm, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Provide strategic financial advice to Equity Partners and senior management to support business planning and decision-making.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis.
- Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and manage the Firm's cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to ensure strong financial health.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, and regulatory authorities on statutory and compliance matters.
- Provide financial insights on cost management, revenue performance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop the Finance team, fostering a high-performance and accountable culture.
- Support strategic initiatives and financial projects as directed by the Firm's leadership.
- Undertaking any other ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned.
