A well-established and purpose-driven organization in the retail sector is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join its finance leadership team.

Your new role

• To oversee Group Consolidation and monthly/anual group reporting.
  
• Support the CFO in developing and executing financial strategy.
  
• You'll lead the daily finance operations with a focus on group reporting, group consolidation and finance operations.
  
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  
• Manage treasury, working capital, and risk management.
  
• Ensure strong internal controls and regulatory compliance.
  
• Drive process improvements and systems enhancement.
  
• Supervise and develop finance team capabilities
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Professional qualification: ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CFA, or equivalent.
  
• 9-12 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting & reporting standards i.e. MFRS / IFRS.
  
• Prior experience as an external auditor from reputable firms.
  
• Strong experience in group consolidation & group reporting.
  
• Experience as a hands-on manager overseeing a large team.
  
• Able to work independently and under pressure of a fast-growing company.
  
• Mandarin proficiency preferred.
