Senior Finance Manager(from construction/project-based businesses) to lead the full finance function and partner closely with senior management in a dynmic company. This role offers clear progression into a broader
CFO-level leadership position over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full spectrum of finance.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and statutory financial statements.
- Manage regulatory and compliance reporting (e.g. Bursa reporting, statutory filings).
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning activities.
- Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and decision support to leadership.
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and audit readiness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting / Finance with professional qualification i.e. MIA and ACCA/ICAEW/CPA.
- Possess at least 10 years of relevant working experience with exposure in full spectrum of finance, Bursa reporting and people management.
- Commercially minded, hands-on, and able to work closely with senior stakeholders.
