Job Description
- Manage the financial consolidation process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze consolidated financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address financial reporting issues.
- Provide guidance and support to subsidiaries on financial reporting matters.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Finance Manager Should Have
- A recognized degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial systems and software.
- Analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
