What You'll Be Doing
Drive Financial Planning
- Support and lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across business units
- Build dynamic financial models to support strategic planning
Deliver Insightful Analysis
- Analyse performance vs. budget, identify trends and key drivers
- Turn numbers into actionable insights for leadership
Be a True Business Partner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making
- Challenge assumptions and improve financial discipline
Enhance Reporting & Governance
- Prepare management reports with clear commentary
- Support compliance, audit, and governance processes
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A / Commercial Finance / Management Accounting
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting & financial modelling
- Ability to partner with stakeholders and influence decisions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar tools
- Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CFA) is a plus
