Procurement and Inventory Management

  • Support procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, and price negotiation for goods and services required for operations and infrastructure projects.
  • Monitor and manage inventory for site-related components, spare parts, and other critical operational items to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the operations and installation teams to forecast inventory needs based on project timelines and growth plans.

Financial Reporting and Analysis

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Support the analysis of financial data to assist in cost optimisation strategies.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support financial forecasting and budgeting activities to assist with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) submissions for the Time Group.

Audit, Compliance, and Taxation

  • Assist in preparing schedules and documentation for external audits.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during year-end audits, ensuring smooth audit processes and timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial reporting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with tax agents for basic documentation and filings under guidance.

Financial Systems and Process Improvement

  • Assist in evaluating, recommending, and implementing financial systems and tools to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously review and improve financial and procurement processes to support scalability and internal controls.

Qualifications:

·       Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.

·       Proficient in financial software (e.g., Zoho, Xero, or ERP systems).

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present financial data and insights to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
