Senior Full Stack AI Engineer (C /.NET Core + Python + React/Angular + US Healthcare)

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Full Stack AI Engineer (C#/.NET Core + Python + React/Angular + US Healthcare) with a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) mindset to bridge healthcare business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will partner directly with stakeholders, architect and build scalable cloud-native applications, leverage AI capabilities, and drive measurable business outcomes across healthcare payer operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare business stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and objectives.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable end-to-end solutions spanning applications, APIs, integrations, data platforms, and AI capabilities.
• Leverage AI/LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, and automation to improve healthcare operations and engineering productivity.
• Drive cloud engineering, DevOps, modernization, and operational excellence.
• Own the complete solution lifecycle from discovery and architecture through deployment and production support.
• Mentor teams and promote engineering excellence, innovation, and reusable frameworks.

Healthcare Domain Expertise Experience in one or more of the following areas: Claims Processing & Adjudication, Member Enrollment & Eligibility, Provider Management, Healthcare EDI (HIPAA X12), Benefits Administration, Prior Authorization, Care Management, Utilization Management, Grievance & Appeals, Payment Integrity, or Clinical Operations.

Preferred: Knowledge of HL7, FHIR, healthcare APIs, and interoperability standards.

Technical Skills

• 7+ years to 12 years of relevant experience on the technologies required as below.
• Full-Stack Engineering: .NET Core/C#, Python, React Or Angular modern front-end frameworks, REST APIs, microservices, SQL/NoSQL databases, and event-driven architectures.
• Cloud & Platform Engineering: Azure cloud-native development, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and scalable secure architectures.
• AI & Intelligent Automation: Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled software engineering practices.

Job Locations: Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune / Vadodara

Shift: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Work Mode: Hybrid
