About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for building scalable, high-quality systems. You will work across the stack, lead technical discussions, and mentor engineers while delivering robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, React, and Next.js.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
Drive technical design discussions, review code, and unblock engineers to ensure timely delivery.
Architect systems following clean code principles, design patterns, and best practices for scalability and maintainability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
Ensure security best practices and implement observability and monitoring strategies.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth through knowledge sharing and leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, React, Next.js, and CI/CD pipelines.
Solid understanding of system architecture, clean code principles, and scalable system design.
Proficient in version control (Git) and testing methodologies (unit & integration testing).
Expertise in Amazon Web Services (ECS/Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, IAM).
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, migrations, optimization).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or similar.
Experience with Docker and container orchestration.
Knowledge of observability & monitoring practices (Grafana experience preferred).
Strong understanding of security best practices.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor teams.
