e23 is a technology-focused venture studio and operator building and scaling digital platforms in the fintech and financial infrastructure space. We design and develop products that serve both consumer financial use cases and capital markets infrastructure, working with real users, real assets, and real regulatory considerations.

About the role

We are looking for a Sr. Full Stack Developer to work across backend services and modern frontend applications. You will help build scalable, secure, and production-ready financial platforms from the ground up. The successful candidate will be hired directly under e23 and may be placed on one of our active product initiatives based on project needs, suitability, and personal preference.

1. Remittance, Payment Card & Wallet App
2. Capital Markets App

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
• Build and maintain modern frontend applications
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases
• Implement asynchronous and event-driven systems using message queues
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning
• Ensure performance, security, and code quality best practices

Backend

• Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
• MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• RabbitMQ, AWS SQS, Kafka

Frontend

• ViteJS, NextJS, TypeScript

Nice to have

• Fintech experience, especially in payments, wallets, remittance, securities, IPO platforms, or private listings
• Exposure to Real World Assets (RWA) or digital asset platforms
• Experience working in regulated or high-availability environments
