Job Description

A Senior Full-Stack Developer who thrives on solving complex problems, writing clean code, and exploring new technologies — from React and Node.js to AI-assisted automation and LLM integrations.

What they expected to do:

Technical

  • Architect, build, and maintain scalable web applications using React + TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Design clean and efficient APIs (REST or GraphQL) and handle database modeling with PostgreSQL, QuestDB.
  • Optimize performance across the stack for reliability and speed.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and data teams to deliver high-impact features.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and uphold engineering best practices.
  • Explore and integrate AI capabilities (OpenAI, LangChain) to enhance user experience or automate workflows.
  • Participate in architecture design and drive innovation in system scalability, security, and automation.

Project Management & Leadership

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical projects — from requirements gathering to release.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Plan and manage sprints, monitor progress, and remove blockers for the team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and QA teams.
  • Mentor juniordevelopers and perform code reviews to maintain code quality.
  • Continuously improve engineering workflows, processes, and documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.
  • Strong command of JavaScript / TypeScript and modern frameworks.
  • Deep experience with React.js / Next.js and Node.js / Express / NestJS.
  • AI integration experience (e.g., OpenAI API, LangChain, LLM orchestration).
  • Solid understanding ofAPI architecture, authentication (OAuth2/JWT), and database design.
  • Comfortable with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills — you ship reliable code, fast.
  • Nice to Have
    • Cloud deployment experience (AWS / GCP / Azure) or serverless architecture.
    • On prime deployment experience (Windows/Linux)
    • Experience with microservices or event-driven systems.
    • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management (PMP) are a plus.
