Senior Full Stack Engineer

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience with React and TypeScript, with a front‑end primary focus and demonstrated backend capability
• Full‑stack engineering background, with depth in front‑end development followed by backend experience
• Hands‑on experience with GraphQL (minimum 6 months)
• Experience working with AWS
• Experience delivering software within product, platform, or system‑based delivery teams
• Exposure to or experience with Python
• Data engineering knowledge and experience is a plus
• Familiarity with secure coding practices, clean code principles, and modern development methodologies
• Experience contributing to mentoring, knowledge sharing, or engineering communities of practice
• Strong problem‑solving skills, collaboration mindset, and alignment with a user‑centric engineering approach
• This role is open to candidates who are legally eligible to work in Malaysia (local or valid resident pass holders).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, test, deploy, and maintain software across the full development lifecycle, from development through production.
• Develop cloud‑first, scalable, reliable, and high‑performance software aligned with existing frameworks and technology strategy.
• Write clean, secure, well‑tested, and readable code using modern engineering patterns and tooling.
• Drive continuous improvement of platform health, system reliability, and engineering quality.
• Strengthen and apply software engineering best practices to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
• Collaborate effectively within cross‑functional teams to improve Agile delivery rituals and DevOps practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including participating in on‑call and after‑hours support as required.
• Actively communicate with stakeholders in a clear, timely, and empathetic manner.
• Coach, mentor, and support entry‑level and junior engineers, including onboarding new team members.
• Contribute to a positive team culture by supporting well‑being, psychological safety, and continuous learning.
